GeoGem – Return & Refund Policy (Netherlands)

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a customer in the Netherlands, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.

  • The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier) receive the product.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at [your email] or through our contact form before the cancellation period expires.

2. Condition of Returned Products

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • Products that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, or functioning may result in a partial refund only.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, custom-made or personalized GeoGem items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at g.carrenorocabado@gmail.com to request a return.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

  4. Please keep proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

4. Costs of Return

  • The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the item was faulty or we shipped the wrong product.

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, GeoGem will cover all return costs.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will be refunded, except for any extra costs incurred if you chose a non-standard delivery method.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
